Business Law and Commercial Litigation
Lucy focuses her practice on the litigation needs of the firm's business clients. The majority of her current practice is devoted to resolving disputes arising from contractual or other legal relationships and obligations; from the purchase, sale, merger, or breakup of companies and partnerships; from allegations of financial fraud; and from the performance or breach of fiduciary obligations.
She graduated from the University of Texas School of Law, where she served as a research assistant to Professor Stephen I. Vladeck and as a student attorney in the Domestic Violence Clinic. During law school, Lucy clerked at the Office of the Attorney General of Texas in the Tax Division. Lucy earned her BBA in International Studies from the University of San Francisco.
Lucy is an avid moviegoer, voracious reader, and enchilada enthusiast. In her free time, she can be found perfecting her cooking skills and cheering on her beloved San Francisco Giants.
