Lucy focuses her practice on the commercial litigation needs of the firm's business clients. She complements her advocacy with a thoughtful approach to litigation management and maximizing efficiency for her clients. Lucy represents individuals and small businesses in a variety of commercial disputes, business separations, and issues relating to fiduciary obligations.
She graduated from the University of Texas School of Law, where she served as a research assistant to Professor Stephen I. Vladeck and as a student attorney in the Domestic Violence Clinic. During law school, Lucy clerked at the University of Texas System Office of General Counsel and the Office of the Attorney General of Texas in the Tax Division. Lucy earned her BBA in International Studies from the University of San Francisco.
Lucy is a member of the Travis County Women Lawyers’ Association, the Austin Bar Association, and the Austin Young Lawyers’ Association. She is an alumna of the Austin Bar/AYLA 2019 Leadership Academy. Lucy is an avid moviegoer and voracious reader. In her free time, she can be found perfecting her cooking skills and cheering on her beloved San Francisco Giants.
